   Imagine waking each morning and being greeted by a bullet-nosed Commander! That look seems to be saying "We're going to have fun today!" The name Commander - you just want to go anywhere in a car with that name. Not a Camry, which sounds like something ominous that is breaking down the ozone layer. My Land Cruiser is waiting for me...

     Henry and Clement Studebaker started out making Conestoga wagons in South Bend, Indiana. Studebakers were produced there until 1965, when operations were moved to Canada. The Canadian plant was shut down in 1966.
